I managed to watch the first episode subbed on YouTube, and downloaded that with the videodownloader, but the quality is SO compromised. As for when the next two are coming out, I really have no idea :( Doesn't seem like anyone else does, raw or subbed. I'm dying for it too, trust me. thebign - Shinkai! Shinkai! ... is the feeling you get when you watch this. *laughs* Some people have thought he spent too much time on scenes of the background rather than on Takaki and Akari, but when it's this pretty, I forgive him.
